Sam Welch

Sam Welch is a Glasgow-based mixing & mastering engineer. As both an artist and technical practitioner, Sams’s work ranges from hip-hop mixing (Snoop Dogg’s Rise to the Top) to Scottish Traditional Music (RURA’s in Praise of Home). He holds a first-class BSc(Hons) degree in Music Technology as well as a Master of design with distinction from the prestigious Glasgow School of Art in Sound for the Moving Image. He is also a lecturer at the University of the West of Scotland teaching Professional Studio Practice.
